We thought we booked the rainbow tower with Ocean view, but was given Kayla towers with panoramic views, but the rainbow tower was to the left. Adult pool fourth floor with a spa on the edge of the resort After reading reviews of this hotel was told it’s so expensive to eat there, but we found the restaurant Blue Shrimp water restaurant. The food was delicious. You got a lot of food and the prices were crazy cheap loved it They do not have a microwave in room. Would like to see full size mirror inside of bathroom Valet was so nice and courteous

I was on the 26th floor of Tapa tower. I had a wonderful view of the ocean and sunset. Everyone on the property was so nice.

Hotel & location was good and beaches were great, much less crowded than central Waikiki. Easy walk to all the action when you're ready for it. Parking was a rip off and the key scanner to get in and out of the garage was not working on several occasions so it created gridlock at the gates. We ate at three of the restaurants on site and only can recommend one and that is the Blue Shrimp place, went twice and awesome food and good value both times. The two i would avoid are the Tropical cafe who's food was expensive and tasteless. Go there for bloody mary's in the morning, they were good. Second is CJ's cafe, I have nothing good to say about it. We did the luau here as well and if you're expecting a buffet dinner show you will be happy, that's basically what it was. After we did this we learned of better luaus on the island that should have been considered but they are a little less convenient to get to. All in all this is a good resort and i would recommend it to family and friends.

They have a $600 deposit hole that they have not released yet.It's been two weeks worst absolute worst vacation spot ever.

Nice hotel with lots of shops and restaurants. Minus one star for the parking, it’s so expensive $80 for valet. If you don’t have a car then this is the perfect hotel. By the beach, several restaurants to eat at, ice cream, stores to shop. Also did not like that the jacuzzi closes at 6pm and waterslide opens at 11am. Overall, great family hotel.

Be aware of Parking and resort fees $$$$$
