They charged my credit card 2x over drafted me and I wasn’t able to speak to a manager face to face only through text messages the air conditioner didn’t work our room was so loud from the tiki bar overall horrible experience started with the double charge u able to use my credit card during my stay

This is a great option for anyone looking for a practical and affordable hotel. I choose this hotel because I was able to get the best view at a reasonable price. We booked the junior suite which was great for two people, since my boyfriend is 6’4, we saw the other rooms and it was a bit small for us. The junior suite doesn’t come with an ocean front view but it’s just on the side so it’s pretty close. 2 balconies which allows for great light. The property is at the end of Waikiki beach in more of a calm space, definitely an easy walk to everything, the restaurant was great also. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but overall an enjoyable experience.

The front desk agent who checked us in was so helpful. The room and pool area are beautiful.
The hallways outside the room are disgusting though, like piles of ?bird poop? ?dead bugs? All gross. Made me really nervous about the room.

Bathroom door is hard to close and smells sewer. No self parking and valet parking is expensive $52 a day.

Had amazing trip the HI is a beautiful and I enjoyed going to sleep with the view of the ocean every night and seeing the ocean view every morning

We have stayed here twice and love the price point and convenience to everything. If you don’t mind a little rustic Hawaii this is the place to stay.

We highly recommend this hotel specifically the beach front rooms. Beautiful views right from your bed.!!
