We booked an King Ocean view room, however the only rooms with such a view are called front ocean view. We spoke to reception and was advised the room we booked was correct we would need to pay extra and upgrade for an ocean view. The room was noisy from AC and other guests.

This resort is beautiful , huge and amazing. Renee at check in is so friendly, efficient and fast. Great personality.
