The location is in the opposite side of Toyako Onsen, and there are very few óptions of public transportation, good if you have a car. The Park in front in the Lake is nice.

予約時に確認したい事があったので電話をしたが、オペレーターに繋がってこの物件はもう扱っていないと言われた。メッセージを送るも返信が無く、Expediaの方からコンタクトを取ってもらいやっと電話で話せたのに、後でメールしますの一点張りで早く切りたそうな言い方をされて、感じが悪かった。 施設はキレイで、和室もあって、車も目の前に停めれるので赤ちゃん連れにもおすすめ。 ただ、和室の敷布団が掛け布団並みに薄いのとまな板が汚かったのが残念。 サウナ付きの宿泊施設は初めてで、新鮮だった！かなり気持ち良くておすすめ。 最初の対応は残念だったけど、立地、施設、コスパを考えるとまた利用したいと思う

3人で利用しました。とても広く快適でした！2階は吹き抜けでロフトのようになつており、暑がりな旦那は暑くてどうしようもなかったようですが…暑がりではない私には逆に丁度よく眠れました。歯ブラシがなかったのには少し残念でした。急遽近くのコンビニまで歯ブラシを買いに行きました。

Excellent facility with chromecast. Only issue was the parking space was all in the same line for all the 3 houses so if someone parked behind then you cannot go out in the morning until they move the car

鍵が開かず、施設に連絡をしたところ掲載されているロッジが間違っている｣と言われました。 送られてきた資料には、文字でBのロッジと書かれていましたが、画像はAのロッジにマルがついていました。 なので、記載されていた暗証番号も間違っており、部屋に入るまでにかなりの時間を要し凍えてしまいました。 駐車場についても、当初はロッジ敷地外に路駐しても問題ないと言われました（しませんでしたが）。 朝、言われた場所を見ると、除雪車が作業しており、もし路駐していたら周囲の方に大変な迷惑をかけることになったと思います。 施設自体は綺麗ですし、必要なものも揃っており便利でしたが、対応にかなり問題があると感じました。

広く、清潔。シャワールームのみで浴槽なしだが、代わりにサウナ付きという贅沢さ。道具付きのキッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、ほぼ住める。
