I stayed here for a business meeting a block away. Choose this hotel due to proximity and walkability to said meeting. The elevator was an issue as the service elevator was out so I had to use the stairs up and down 4 flights. If I had not had luggage this might of been doable but with luggage and a laptop case it was challenging. The beds are in need of new mattresses and the room was just ok. I would not want to stay here again and would take extra time to uber to a meeting over being unable to sleep.

Very clean hotel and quiet. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Our room didn’t come with a microwave or fridge but we were offered if needed. They let us check in early as well! Which was very nice of them and helpful to us for our stay in New York. Everything went smoothly even with checkout. The front desk even texted us making sure we had everything we needed! The only reason I couldn’t give them a 5 star was that one of the elevators wasn’t working so it only left one small elevator available. So we usually had to wait to go up to our room everytime we got back to the hotel. But we would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel!

The staff wasn’t that friendly. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain and took us several asks to get it. Rooms are small. Beds not that comfortable. We were able To do early check in and late check out which was great. Close to metro, time square, Central Park and st Patrick’s church. Good area. The elevator is still under construction. The wait wasn’t that bad.

Elevator washout of Service. Waited 10 minutes for an elevator. Our room was hot had to have a window opened. Restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday. Overpriced. no refrigerator. Checked bag early the handle was broken when we picked them Up. Front desk lady was rude. Doorman was nice!

The room was comfy and quiet and the bed was plush. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. That being said, there are well documented short comings that need to be overcome, starting with the elevator. Only one was working and it is incredibly small.They did say we could use a freight elevator. The only other negative was the fixture to turn on the shower. It popped out of place. I would definitely stay here again and overall had a positive experience.

Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and pleasant! Only warning is that they are working on their elevators (as of Spring 2024) so there is often a long wait getting up and down and a pretty crowded experience once you get on.
