"Great location near Narita airport, convenient Shuttle service, lots of great options for sightseeing around the area , good value for service, old hotel with nice updates, very helpful staff, room was very large and shower had amazing pressure- enjoyed. Very nice view from windows. "

"Great hotel! Free transportation to and from airport which was very nice. Large hotel so it did have multiple choices for dinning. Not to mention a Lawsons for convenience on adult beverages and late night snacks. Very clean hotel and quiet. The had windows that open! None of the other hotels had this. I love fresh air to sleep. They accommodated us with an extra bed and night gowns. Larger shower and bathroom area. Had tv in which you can log into Netflix or other streaming services. Will absolutely stay here again! "

"Stay was very comfortable. There is a convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport. We stayed here for our day layover in Japan. Room was clean and visiting Chiba was only a subway train ride away. The only thing we did not have was an iron but we did fine without it. "

"Great place for a convenient stay with shuttles to the airport and Narita central station. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is old but well kept, quirky and friendly staff. The onsen is fantastic, I like how they switched the section between men’s side and women’s sides on different days so you get to have different types of baths. "
