They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
