My room key and (i noticed) another guest's room uncoded easily. The front desk clerk had a very flat affect with everyone, demonstrating zero hospitality to any guest i witnessed.

No coffee in room or in lobby before 630am. I had a 530am wakeup call and they didn't have any coffee available when I checked out.

Good overall stay. Because of the low price there were questionable characters around at checking. When husband/wife yelling at each other.

It was a rather smelly building. Reminded me of a college dorm room, instead of a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

The customer service we were given at the front desk while checking in was not welcoming or friendly whatsoever.
