Alway’s stay at this hotel, love the service and cleanliness. The Fountainbleau has a lot of history also.

Room service never respond when ever you ordering something they said ok and never come. Also I asked for to send someone to help with the luggages and never showed up.

I liked the location and all of the options for food and the pools are awesome! Our room wasn’t super clean, could use some updating. The radio on the night stand was dusty, underside of the toilet was not clean. Rips in pillow cases and the top bedspread. For a place this “nice” and expensive, I expected more. Also didn’t live the alcoholic drink prices. $25 for a glass of red wine.

Overcrowded pools and beach area. Chairs on top of one another.
