I am astounded that this property does not have an accessible room. I struggled in the shower as there aren't even grab rails avialable.

However, perhaps you did not mention it on your booking, or perhaps, they were all booked when your reservation came through. Nice area, though distant from Melbourne CBD and airport, despite coming up with search for airport hotels. Felt safe running/walking in area, many nearby dining options.

Stayed here before and it's been a nice clean hotel with plenty of entertainment available. It is also quite convenient as it is only 20 minutes from the airport.

I think the only thing that should be made clearer is the fact u need a $250 bond on arrival as i wasnt aware of that apparently its in the terms and conditions but i didnt see it
