Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Rooms however didn’t meet our expectations. Bathroom was not fully equipped with the basic toiletries on the first day we checked in and the final morning our room was serviced (day before checkout). On the first day bathroom only had a bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No soap, toothbrush kits, body lotion, nail file etc. had to request this from housekeeping. Day before we checked out we were missing hand towels and bath mat. Also had to make a request from housekeeping. We booked and paid for a Luxury Rm City View for 2 adults and a 7yo daughter - room only came with 2 bath towels. When I asked for an extra towel from housekeeping staff I was told rooms are only to have 2 towels per room and was refused the extra towel. As a result I asked for another hand towel which was used by my daughter. At check-in we were only issued with one room key card. They asked me to nominate my husband as an additional key holder which I did but was not offered the 2nd room key. We had to return minutes later, wait in line again to ask for it. Check-in was therefore a time consuming process.
