I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The staff was excellent the entire stay. Even called me an Uber and walked me out to the car itself when it arrived.

The hotel is nice but going through renovations and the pool and poolside cafe was closed. The restaurant was a bit overpriced but nice. The 2 block walk to Robinsons mall was an adventure with torn up sidewalks. Starbucks close by was good. I walked to my appointment at the the US embassy. Bathroom was spacious and nice.

Noisy because of remodeling. Pool was closed

Convenient location and very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the breakfast selection was excellent. Just a shame that the room upgrade was not available. Expedia needs to look into this, as rarely have I been able to take advantage of this supposed 'perk'. Hotels should provide an alternative should a room upgrade not be available.

The place is clean and tidy. There is an ongoing refurbishment work ongoing. Swimming pool is closed for improvement. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. I didn't like the surrounding areas outside the hotel.
