Hotel Jen has improved a lot since the first time I stayed there in 2015. The staff has always been friendly and courteous, but now even more so. Check-in is efficient, the food at the restaurant is great, and they have added 2 more spaces for casual dining. My only beef is that they charged me for a long distance call that was a toll free number.
