Family friendly Hotels in Manila, Calabarzon

"City Garden Hotel Makati has good value for your money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and attentive. One of the bellhops went beyond what was expected. We were transferring to our next hotel, which was the next block up the street. I was about to call a ride share service and the bellhop stated he would just bring all our bags there for us. I was quite impressed and appreciative for his kindness. We will definitely stay here in the future."

"This property is amazing in a lot of ways. The staff are amazing, service is top notch. The breakfast buffet was above average. The only negative is that the rooms, well my room, is a bit dated. Needs a refresh but I understand in a property this big, thats a massive undertaking. "

"The hotel is very close to the airport and my room was quiet although it is near the airport so you may want to check with the hotel to not face the road if noise is a concern. The rooms were clean. The area to improve on is the Breakfast Buffet when it comes to cleanliness. It's tough because it is very crowded but I would take a serious look at the yogurt station and the peanut butter. The problem is leaving out a big open bowl of yogurt with a spoon that falls into the yogurt with everyone touching it. Same for the peanut butter. It is better to have individual cups of yogurt (or don't offer it at all) and individual packets of peanut butter as they have for honey and jam. As a result, it looks unhygienic even for those not eating it. Otherwise, I enjoyed the hotel and the staff were always helpful and friendly."
