The parking, bell desk and maid service was excellent, however dining room service was slow and they didn’t take your order accordingly. This happened throughout my stay.

Room bedding no fitted sheet no sheets just comforter that is lousy no microwave
Staff outstanding services very nice and freindly welcomming
6 elevator dirty outside and out and old very slow.
Is not 5 star hotel.
Dinning is very nice services and the food excellent
Lobby security gaurd staff outstanding services .

I like the staff and the room
I don’t like to use bathroom shower bc glass enclosure does cover half of tub . And tub is deep for me to navigate without hand rails

Convenient location to restaurants and nightclubs
Hotel restaurant serving buffet breakfast was not well organized and too crowded. As many times as I stayed in this property, seemed to be degraded.

Nice hotel but....
Posted 26 Dec 2023 on HotelsNice service. Customer service was amazing. All employees were great, however, there seems to be areas for improvement in the organisation for the management team... Breakfast was absolutely packed. Massive queue and no space for guests in the sitting area....
