Had Roaches in the room. We arrived at 2:30pm staff told us check in was not till 3:00. Made us sit in the lobby for 30 minutes. Found that to be completely unacceptable. Placed a security deposit on my credit card that they placed it on a 90 day hold before returning it. Been coming here for over twenty years on my stays but think it’s time to find a new place when arrive in Manila. Sad that they would treat long term faithful customers like this.

Hotel which is a convenient stay if you are looking for somewheres close to malls, and not to far of a ride from the airport.
