Hotel located in the main road, getting a taxi was never a problem. Breakfast has variety of choices, I enjoyed the congee. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel price reasonable. Will surely stay here next time.

The staff here at Bayview Park Hotel is exceptional and the hotel food is above the rest. Great rooms and quiet.

Great place

Really a great place to stay. Specially if you have business with the US Embassy. Great rates. Just a walk across the street from the embassy. 2nd time booking here. More to come.

Dive hotel

Posted 01 22, 16
Pros: nothing
Location: busy area with lots of prostitutes
100 pesos for each extra towel requested. Outdated, stinky rooms. Sea view? no way. Tinting on windows prevented sea view. Tint was cracked and crumpled

Hot and expensive.

Posted 01 6, 16
Pros: Close to the US Embassy.
Cons: The Air conditioning thermometer and the bedding.
Location: The US Embassy is close by and there is a nice view of the ocean, if you ignore all the trash on the beach, and the poor that hang out there.
The bed has a comforter. Even a blanket in the Philippines is not needed. The thermostat went from 0-30. Presumably this was Centigrade. (32-86 F) I have been living locally in Manila area for months. It took a long time to figure out how to set temperature and use this comforter. The very top of the thermometer setting (off scale) and just the sheet seemed to work. The room service food was quite expensive. I just got two small bowls of soup (nothing special) for around 300 Php, or $6.50. This is an American price, and very high for the Philippines. The room price through Expedia booking was $63.20. Also high for Manila. But it is very close to the embassy which is why I stayed there. Be aware, in the Philippines you will be cheated just because you are American. The Bayview Park Hotel Manila is similar to staying in the USA, and is very expensive compared to living locally, that is nothing like living in California.
