2nd time staying here for 8 nights. The place is very accesible to many food delivery services and its very near manila proper. Room was spacious, aircon was really cold, cleaned and kept everyday. Bathroom needs bleaching otherwise everything is okay. Standard facilities. Standard amenities. Family friendly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Its like a condo that they revamped as a hotel. Overall stay was pleasant.

Overall the stay was good. The space for bathroom was small but it you’re looking to just spend the night it might be ok.

It was good however guests on both sides of the room were noisy keeps banging the door when entering time chk 1am. Will definitely chk in again

They ripped us off by giving us the wrong room and the room was not very clean not to mention the beds, bedsheets and blankets smell terrible. Also we noticed mosquitoes flying around.

I was graciously checked in early because I was only staying at the hotel for less than 12 hours. The reason I’m upset is they put me in a room with WiFi not working. I called the front desk and told them to restart the router. I then proceeded to go to the front desk and tell them again. They did not address my concern and brushed me off. They didn’t call anyone at the front desk to go to my room or anything to address the problem. I was on a layover from the airport and needed WiFi to get work related things done. Unfortunately I had to leave the comfort of my room and sit in the lobby for hours to use the WiFi there. I feel the hotel should be accountable for negligence on their mishandling of my situation. I should have immediately been placed in a room with working wifi!
