The location is great right out of MSG. The staff was fairly friendly. The rooms are very small. The room has no coffee maker and the hotel charges 5 dollars for water that they put in your room. The bathroom was very small and the shower was very outdated. For a 50 dollar early check in fee they upgraded me to a city view room. Another down side was that there was no mini fridge or anything to really keep drinks or food cold. At this hotel you pay for the location with the subway right right outside your a train away from going almost anywhere in the city. So if your focused more on location and not the room this is the place for you.

The lobby area was very nice and the beds comfortable and shower was great, but the bathrooms were extremely small because it is an old building that has been redone. We had to change rooms due to loud elevator noise and had key issues. We were locked out of our original room due to changing rooms and the staff was slow to respond to our request to help us get back into our original room in order to retrieve our luggage. This was frustrating but once accomplished the remainder of our visit went smoothly. The restaurant at the hotel was great and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

Employees so rude restaurants are expensive. Small rooms

The staff was generally very accommodating. The building just seemed kind of old, you could see it in the hallways. Kinda looked like a gutted concrete building that they just threw a rug over, but the rooms were nice, albeit a little cramped. No coffee makers in the room, which wouldn't be such a big deal if they offered coffee in the lobby, but they didn't. The cleaning staff did a great job and were very friendly.
