My main issue was it was one of the noisiest rooms that I have ever stayed in and I lived in NYC for years and stayed in lots of hotels there and have not experienced this level of noise before. Even on ahigh floor, we heard traffic all night, the connecting room's tv almost drowned out ours, and the jackhammers across the street started at 7 am and sounded like they were in our room. It was almost like the glass had no soundproofing qualities. We needed white noise played very loudly to be able to get asleep and stay asleep.

the credit card machines didnt work at check in, the fitness room got worse, and theres no more happy hour
