Great location to Carnegie Hall, Central Park, theaters, Times Square and restaurants! Staff was great, rooms were updated and clean.

Great location, steps from Carnegie Hall, which is where we were going. Very close to Times Square and Central Park. Front desk wasn't very helpful with the check-in process or which elevators to use for our specific floor. No coffee pot or room service! I think this was the real deal breaker. I guess we should research that first. Bathroom door and low wpoden shelves or water damaged and chipping. They were doing construction on scaffolding literally outside our window at our level on the 9th floor. It didn't really bother us but they should have said something at check in about what times that would be happening

Great location. Not much for insulation between room, as we could clearly hear every word of the people next to us arguing.
