The guys in front desk were so nice Alf helpfu!!
I really want to thank them for making us so much easier our trip

The staff are rude talk to you as you are a child had a designer bag stolen and there dury of care was atrocious made me feel like i was fabricating the whole thing

Lobby was really nice, rooms were smallish but ok for NYC, location couldnt have been better, rooms were clean.
