Carpet's were old, bathroom vanity needs to be updated. Door man would be nice.

Great location but rooms needs to be updated! We were there during a time the restaurant wasn’t open so can’t comment on that

This property is perfectly situated in the heart of the theater district. It honestly could not have been more convenient. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. The hotel is not new, but the rooms have obviously been refurbished over the years so that it was modern and lovely. The "resort fee" is exorbitant and breakfast is quite pricey, but the breakfast buffet was quite nice. The staff was competent if not overly friendly and we had no complaints on that front. We would stay again just for the location and convenience of being able to walk to all the theaters. I would recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed breakfast. There was such a good variety of foods to choose from and your staff was very friendly. The hotel and accommodations were clean. In every circumstance when I needed assistance, someone was available to help me.

Housekeeping was terrible!!! No towels, no coffee, didn’t clean things... left no cups or bags for ice. It was terribly hot in our room and it took 4 days and 5-6 requests at the front desks. They would not do anything for us! Finally the last night of our stay, they put a stand alone unit in our room. It was awful and I will never go back!!

Have stayed at this location the last 2 times visiting NYC. Overall I like the facilities however It is time to do upgrades to the property including rooms and bathrooms.

Stayed in a king bed room with times square view. View is good.Not even a bottle of water or a kettle in room for the price. The towels were smelling bad. Could have been better for the money charged. Not worth the price.
