Manhattan Beach hotel rooms a the Design Hotels

"It was a real quick transaction process, staff was attentive & friendly. The room itself was peaceful and quiet. Not noisy at all. Beds were comfortable and nice little lounge area with a small, clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet option for $11 was a nice little touch. Their seating area was a bit cramped at peak hours, but I could make due with sitting at their little patio outside while the weather conditions were nice. If I had to come back to the LAX area, I would try and book another stay here. The only downside was that Sonesta was right next door and if you use driving applications, or a taxi that can cause some mild confusion for them abojt where to go. All in all though it was a good quality experience stay here. "

"As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again."
