Beautiful property with excellent location inside Lucca walls. Spacious, well appointed rooms. Very nice buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful also.

Disgusting
I arrived late printer was not working, I entered the room and the toilet had water all underneath the sink. The covers smelled. Terrible experience, never again will I book a room here. I didn’t tell the front desk it was late I was very tired too deal with issue or to request different room.

Good location
Good location 10 within the old city and accessible by the car. Great breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Don't forget to use free bikes to ride around the city
