"We were only a one night stay in a viceroy room but arriving very early we had asked if we could leave our bags and go off exploring ....first visit for my 7yr old grandson...however i was visibly wearing having already been on the go many hours so while we messed with bags the young lady behind reception chased up housekeeping and got our room released . I was so glad and how thoughtful ... The room was great 2 doubles and a lovely bath n shower room and a nice view ....loved the bath loved the coffee machine . My grandson was very impressed with the ftontage and reception . He said it looked like a mary poppins house I used to stay for work now im staying for leisure i expect we ll be back"

"Hotel was conveniently located near Big Ben and was easily aceesible to public and private transportation. Rooms were good size and clean. There was some confusion regarding upgrade for EcoClean to a free meal voucher, signs were posted in room, but the property no longer does this. Signs should be upated, very minor issue. I would recommend this property and plan on staying here in the future! "

"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade on arrival too which was great. We were aware of the renovation work going on and we didn’t hear or see anything.The location was great. We didn’t manage to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked lovely and would try it on our next stay. The only gripe we had was that we found the double bed to be very small."

"I didn't arrive to the hotel until 10:30 p.m. but I found the check in to be quick, the staff was friendly, and most importantly to me, the room was very clean. Unfortunately, because I had to leave at 5:00 a.m. the following day I was not able to visit the restaurant or any of the facilities. Should the occasion arise that I need to stay in the Heathrow Airport area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again"
