This hotel was a Godsend for me. I had flown into Heathrow from Calif and I was exhausted. I was so happy to see they are in the airport. Staff very friendly and very courteous. from

Benefits - Great location, great staff, clean comfortable rooms and easy to get food at M&S in the terminal. Nice lounge area to eat in as rooms are small and have no windows. Bright green ceiling lights that stay on all the time and the lack of windows are the downsides for this hotel.

I think for price you pay you would expect more but convenience and stress free day on the day of the trip is what appealed to me to stay here. Traveling 2 hours on the day of flight that’s not for me as so many thing could go wrong. I would most definitely stay here again ☺️
