Room was not cleaned overnight. When we came in there was a huge cockroach in the wall we had to kill. Staff in the lobby didn't do anything.

Terrible service. Staff told us breakfast is included with the coupon. And the next day the other staff said it’s not included. Not only do they speak poor English but they also did not seem to do anything about it. What kind of customer service is this ?
