"Coffee and macha machine at reception was available for most of the day. There was free priobiotic drink from 8 - 10 am. There is the public onsen from 3 pm - 5 am. The onsen has a water dispenser, cotton buds and pads, moisturising lotion, hair brush. You can take a free ice cream stick after your onsen, and use the massage chair (1 is spoilt, 2 are always in use). Half a ramen bowl, and drink dispensers are available for supper 9 - 11 pm. The drip coffee packet provided in the room is good too! They provide hairband, cotton pads and buds, comb, shaver, toothbrush, shower cap, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the room. You will have to take off your shoes before entering the hotel, and the luggage's wheels will have to be cleaned before it can be rolled into the hotel. You place your shoes in a locker. So you will feel that the hotel is very clean. I liked the full range of services and that it felt very clean. What I didn't like about it was that it was always crowded with tourists, and I am not sure if the onsen are kept clean by them. I come out of the onsen smelling slightly of chorine, even after showering. I might prefer to go to proper onsen towns which are less populated."

"The location was accessible to public transportation or by walking to tourist sites and shopping centers. The hotel amenities were spacious, unique, and abundant. My room was cleaned very well and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. It was an excellent stay throughout. "

"Fabulous location, easy walk to shopping, dining and subway. Good breakfast buffet, well appointed rooms. Only fault I can point out is the hair dryers had very little power and the shampoo made my hair very frizzy! "

"It is a modern clean hotel in an excellent location downtown. Close to several train stations and bus stations that we used to visit the tourist attractions. Taxis are easily available. Many nice restaurants near the hotel, including Indian restaurants, Wendy’s and McDonald, and Japanese."

"We really loved this hotel. The room had a proper layout and size of a 4* hotel compared to all other hotels we stayed in Japan. The laundromat and public bath on the 2nd floor gave a home comfort feeling. The coffee and tea spot downstairs is very big and cozy, Distance from Kyoto station is 2-3 min by walk. We used trains and buses during our visit and all were within 3-4 min walk distance. The hotel staff is helpful and does their best to assist their guests. "
