Love the pool and beach.

Terrible condition at Hyatt kuantan
Posted 24 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe towels, linen and curtains were dirty. The sofa had blood stains on it. Both rooms had mold in the AC and on the table. Despite requesting to have the rooms side by side, no action was taken to accommodate this. The lights in the rooms that were not working. The coffee ordered was cold. I made the difficult decision to leave the hotel early and was further disappointed when informed that a refund would not be granted for the rest of the stay.

Worth it!
Posted 5 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel had provided a free upgrade to club room and it was a pleasant surprise for us as the room is spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet spread was good and the Malay delicacy was super yummy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
