Cons: Old property, bathrooms need a lot of work. The rooms need to be refurbished. Pro: Very good location, walking distance to eateries and waterfront. Breakfast overlooking the river was nice.

old, run-down condition, dirty, unclean. DONOT stay here. there is another hotel very nearby, which is FELDA much better.

Price is ok. Quite comfortable. Not a bad choice to spend a nigth after long journey travelling. Breakfast option was good enough.
