We were in room 704, 3-bedroom executive suite and throughout the night we heard the lift bell sounding, very disappointing for an expensive suite.

Convenient and very nice location. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating.

You scammed me and should should double check on reservations refund my money a scammer used my card to purchase a room on the Marc 2/3 and I didn’t place it so it’s been reported to the fraud department .. shame on you

Most everyone was very nice. There were a few incidents where the customers were very rude. The waiters were not the most attentive in the restaurant

Cosy and convenient location! However, slamming of doors by guests on same floor in early hours of the morning disturb a good night sleep! and Airconditioning sound obvious in this room. Previous stay always been good so was quite disappointed this time.

It was my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental in Malaysia. Staff is extremely nice and polite and really tries to help. They accommodate as much as they can. The rooms are spacious and fine, but could use an update. Even some of the buttons lost its coating. The room had a weird smell, but I assume it's probably from a cleaning agent. At least I know the room is clean. There was an unknown charge during checkout, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they corrected it. The water pressure in the shower is the best. The best things about the hotel are the staff, location and building. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.
