Worst experience - Please process refund ASAP
I book the hotel for my friend. However, the hotel didn't receive confirmation on the booking and tell my friend the hotel was full after checking on all the booking.I had call hotel.com for this issue.I hope I can get refund as soon as possible as this was double paid for the hotel which is not necessarily if the booking was nicely inform. I very sorry to my friend due to this booking.
