    Terrible hotel standard for accor group, broken floor carpet. Sound interruption from car park coming into my room. No compensation or nothing, poor room sound insulation.

    Location was good hotel was ok poorly maintained for a Mercure chain hotel, as I would expect in Malaysia lack of hot water power cuts fuses tripping ... changed room to other issues ☹️. Extremely poor management ... billing system was extremely poor wasted hours working with senior management to resolve incorrect billing ... very frustrating stressful hotel to stay at ruined a good holiday, have travelled the world and never had this many issues with a hotel !!! Management at hotel were not helpful in any way some staff door men cleaners bar staff were great but are let down by poor management, no help with trips sight seeing etc .... a 1 star hotel at best ☹️

    Cleanliness wasnt up to par to the standard and rating of the hotel. Room service provided, didnt provide a change of towels, water glass wasnt washed, toilet wasnt clean. When I came back to the room and discover, i tried calling receptionist, operator and also housekeeping - there seem to be none picking up the call. Very upsetting to receive such service. The hotel staff after that did, apologize and wanted to do housekeeping but it was too late at night already.

    Disappointing stay

    Disappointing 3 nights stay, first experiencing a carpark maintenance in their hotel on our 1st day and a breakdown of their mechanical carpark system on our last day. No solution was given by the front desk and we can only hope that our car will be out of the mechanical carpark system before our flight takes off. I will not suggest guest to use their carpark as they don't have the capability to manage it. Park at your own risk if you are driving. Design of the hotel room bathroom is bad, walls are thin and doors are slamming hard even with a door enclosure. I have stayed in Accor group hotels before and this is definitely not a 4 star hotel standard, customer service is disappointing. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
