"During our week-long stay at Resident Kensington in London over Spring Break, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail that made our celebration of our daughter's upcoming graduation truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Despite our room not being immediately ready, our wait was made comfortable with complimentary tea and snacks in the lobby. The staff consistently went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for local dining, sightseeing, and activities that ensured great value for our money. A highlight was the concierge securing us a reservation for a traditional British Sunday roast—an experience we eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed. Although there were minor issues with plumbing and housekeeping, the staff addressed these promptly and effectively, underscoring their commitment to service excellence. The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. Situated centrally in Kensington, it is just a 4-5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London with most major attractions within a 10-30 minute Tube ride. The area offers an array of dining and takeaway options, adding to the convenience. While the hotel lacks in-house amenities like a restaurant, gym, or pool, this is more than compensated for by the high standards of service. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, and were well-equipped with a microwave,"

"Our original lodging in London fell thru and we needed to find alternative at the last minute. Other hotels in this price range were an hour or more outside of London. This property is located about five minutes walk from the Earl’s Court tube station. It was a good 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Natural History but we made the walk and it was enjoyable. The lady at check in was friendly and informative of the surrounding area and London. Other staff we encountered, day and night, were friendly as well. We were assigned room number 8. It was oddly located in between floors so not wheelchair accessible. It was small but clean with comfortable beds and warm shower. Will not hesitate to return."

"Was in London 7 days 6 nights and stayed at the Hilton Olympia….excellent location in Kensington on the short path to Kensington High Street and the wonderful shopping and restaurant scene and a beautiful walk steps to Kensington Palace…the hotel is typical British Style with high step up/in tubs/showers in small space style…I’m a Hilton Diamond member and they treated me fairly well…Would definitely stay there again because it’s a great neighborhood and it’s also a 15/20 min walk to the Westfield Sheffield Shopping mall…It also has a nice 6-8pm happy hour for Diamond Members with complimentary drinks and snacks…I appreciated the suite upgrade at no extra cost…I’ll definitely stay again on my next trip in a month!…CHEERS MATES!!!…"
