"Was a very good place to stay for our first night in Japan. They had an ATM in the hotel along with a convenient store that had lots of food and snacks and drinks. About a 6 min walk to the train stop. And walking around outside at night is very fun. "

"Hotel is next to Rinku outlet mall and 1 train stop from the KIX airport. Good if you plan to do shopping or stop over. Some eateries around but they close early, about 8 pm. Self check via automated machine. Seems more hotels are going this route in Osaka. We booked the bigger room with kitchenette. It came with a washing machine/dryer. The air con/heating is controlled centrally, i.e., it is either air con or heating. You cannot choose. As we were there in March and it was still quite cold, not an issue for us. I imagine it will be an issue between the cold and hot seasons. Room was clean and beds comfortable. No complaints there. "

"The only difficulty was checking in. The instructions were a bit unclear. I booked the room, but my father added his name to the check-in first. This jumbled the system a bit, and with the dinosaurs being unable to speak, we got confused trying to fix the mistake. A note saying that the person who booked the hotel should check-in first, would be very helpful! Loved the dinosaurs besides this."

"Nice and cleaned hotel"

"This is a sort of capsule hotel, but far roomier than those usually are, especially if you pay a small bit more for the first class "cabins". Especially if you arrive at KIX too late to get to your final destination, or are leaving very early in the morning, it's a bargain rate place to crash for the night. All facilities were spotlessly clean and in good shape. The Japanese bath felt wonderful after 20 hours of travel! Women's and men's areas are completely separate and not accessible to each other. The only drawback is that there's no insulation from noise of others walking by, moving around in their areas, etc. which can result in a very early morning. Earplugs might be a good thing to bring along! Oh, and no food or drink allowed in the "cabins", but there's a small lounge area near the reception area that was equipped with a microwave and tables for dining. Very comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!"
