Fairly old but still okay
Posted 22 Dec 2017The condition of the hotel is fairly old. The air conditioner wasn’t working well and the refrigerator was not functioning. Just be careful when showering to avoid getting the whole floor wet. Also, found the room to be dim even though I have switched on all lights. However, beds are comfortable and staffs were very nice to replenish new towels each time we requested for. The room is spacious and clean.

Friendly, but not much else is good
Posted 24 Sep 2016 on HotelsService is super-friendly, if a little disorganised. Otherwise, Wifi is poor, room servicing is haphazard, shower not particularly hot and the breakfast dreadful. Ended up with a coffee and an empty plate as the food options were pretty nasty. Probably the most expensive beer in Indonesia at the Media lounge - IDR125,000 for a half pint, though two-for-one during happy hour.
