My only problem was that the toilet was hard to flush and when you held down the flusher it would leak at the base

Old and overpriced small room. Stayed 3 nights, the only thing good of this hotel is the location.

Excellent services, amenities, malls nearby, loved the outdoor pool, 24 hrs gym, hot and ice tubs, steam and sauna rooms. Incredible international breakfast buffet with cold pressed juices and unlimited artisan coffee

The hotel was imaginably comfortable. The staff gave excellent assistance upon checking in. Probably it was my communication problem that cost one star down for my experience. Their staff accommodated my request mostly, even on the last night to swop for a twin bedroom. I am reaching out to Pullman to get my Deposit IDR 4 million back which did not get void in front of me due to tech glitch
