Long hair on the toilet when i checked in. AC in this hotel is not great.

Dedicated duty managers Pak Annas & team.
Approachable Bell services & Convierge's.
Good ambience Cafe Sirih with quality bfast.
Security ops 24/7 with well mannered Protection Officers.
Spacious pool & gym area.
Very large lobby.
4 elevators.

the gym is poorly equipped with rusty and limited equipments and no sanitation.

Amazing Service!
Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsI can’t not express into words how much I loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible! We had issues with our flight and my husband got a bit of heat stroke and they went above and beyond to help us with both situations. They responded to my WhatsApp messages so fast and were always willing to help out. If you are remotely thinking about booking a room please do. The rooms are lovely, the staff just make it an incredible experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat.
