The hotel is great, the only dislikes is QR code menus everywhere, and the staff at the cafe could be a little more attentive.

The ambience and design of Hotel Mulia is amazing and the staff are super friendly. I would definitely stay here again 👌

Posted 29 Aug 2023 on HotelsI am sure the Mulia was once a very nice hotel, but it is now showing its age. However, the pool, gym, tennis courts, sauna, and spa are still top-notch. The breakfast buffet is above average, and the food from the restaurants, both local and Western, is much better than expected. There is no better place to stay if you are attending a game at the Indonesia Sports Complex, but I otherwise wouldn't go out of my way to stay here as there are better hotels priced less than this with preferable locations.

We had a very nice stay im very comfortable room. Love how the customer service got all connected; we never have to tell our room number / booking name everytime we needed to ring for anything.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience
