Worth the money

Family weekend staycation
Posted 26 Feb 2023 on HotelsBooked the garden wing 2 bedrooms suite at this hotel for my family members'weekend staycation. The room is big and have nice amenities but there are few things that need improvement.
- The room key is so outdated and big. It is an old room key. And they were told that if it was misplaced, my family has to pay around $430 to replace it.
- The TV in one of the bedroom wasn't working. We informed the hotel staff about it but they didnt offer any solution
- The shower head in one of the bathroom is not working.
- There is no hairdryer in the suite even though it is a standard amenity.
- The pool access from the garden wing is always locked. When they went to the pool through the lobby, they were told not to.

Clean but old and have a lot of mosquitoes. Staffs are friendly but no coordination among them.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Everything is fine exempt the lobby needs to large with comfortable seats.
