I stayed there for 2 weeks. Besides the mosque singing loudly everyday at 4am, it was an amazing stay starting with the room number which was our anniversary. The service was great as well.

Bath towel is not clean and old, should replace with new ones

One of the best hotel di Jakarta. It’s clean and tidy and nice view. The staffs are polite and excellent customer service. Good transport link and shopping around the area. Beautiful garden and swimming pool.

Good to be back with some new outlook around the lobby and room. Things to improve are the amenities. It’s a bit weird to find no body lotion and razor for a 5 star hotel (these two seem to be on request), also wishing the breakfast provides more variant than what they offer now, and limited place to walk around the food counters is a bit concerning when more people having breakfast, but overall it was a pleasant stay xx
