The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect…even when it wasn’t. "True ski in ski out property! Ski lifts right outside hotel door. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 6 nights. In room washing machine was super helpful since we were traveling with kids. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel provided transport from hotel to Hirafu Welcome center which is where our shuttle bus from Chitose Airport dropped us off at."
