Hong Kong has a lot of land and prices are at the forefront of the world. As the operator of the reception, we understand that this equivalent price (such as the exchange of US dollars) is already the price of star-rated hotels in many foreign countries. So before we arrived at the front desk, we sent an email and so on, so that the guests were mentally prepared in advance. Our stay at USA Hostel Nov.2-12, 2017.

They take care of problems quickly and are all very courteous. Location is great, very easy access to all kinds of public transportation and restaurants. Will consider booking there again. Thank you staff for your good work. :)

We located at the very great location which is only 1 mins walking distance to Exit D of MTR station. Nearby have any shopping mall, difference restaurant. Usa hostel been a good hostel in terms of location . Value for the price youll get what you pay for. Its accessible and near shopping areas

We are a family run hostel that provides budget accommodation at a prime location.we don't have extra facilities like gym room and swimming pool, which are not necessary for budget travelers and who mainly like sightseeing outside. Our main reception is Flat C2, 13 floor, Mirador Mansion. It is so easy to find and ask as we have been in this building for more than 40 years, from only 5 rooms to now over 150 rooms. worst hotel

Pros: nothing good.
inattentive staff, dirty room, poor facilities. They requested us to pay a 1000 HKD deposit but when we checked out they said that the office is still close and they cannot refund the deposit. Never ever go to this hotel.

Hello, thank you for comment. We remember your stay in the room 13507 which is located on the same floor with the reception. At the first night when checking in, we mentioned you need come back here the night before of you check out date to take back the room deposit (which is PISO 1000). Becuase of our office hours every night from 9 AM - 1 AM. On the other night, you called the staff to open the room door for you because you forget to bring your room card when you go out at the midnight time and we mentioned our office hours again and remind you again please don't forget to come the night before of your check out date. At the end, you check out in the early morning, didn't come back before and you don't call us when checking out in the early morning. For the deposit will refund to the guest when checking out. Ms. Kathlyn, please contact us directly with the room key and the deposit receipt and we will help you to solve this problem. Just kindly reminder for the future guest: Every room check in we collect a room Security deposit which is HKD 500 or other currency which similar as HKD 500 and we refund to guest when they check out. Please don’t hesitate to us if you have any questions. We are more than happy to hear from you!

A tip for future guests too: please come to our reception directly once you arrive, it''s on Flat C2, Floor 13, Mirador Mansion. We will do the check in procedure first and show you the room after. Please also bring enough cash for room deposit (HKD300), you can also pay by card. For those guests whose skin is allergic or sensitive, we strongly suggest you to bring you own towels due to sanitary reason. You can message us anytime when you need any help ^^

Pros: Cheaper than the other guesthouse.
Location: Close to MTR and shopping centers.
Stayed for 5 days. No replacement of bed linens and bath towel.

Pros: Location
Cons: TV could have been installed a little bit lower (eye level) and reception staff should be trained on customer service. They're not friendly.
I wasn't really expecting that much based on the reviews that I've read about this hotel. But nonetheless i would recommend this hotel to my friends and given a chance if i go back to HK i'd stay in this hotel again. The room was not that spacious but enough for 2 persons to move around. We had 2 beds, 1 TV (which is almost installed on the ceiling) and a working air con. Nice and clean comfort room. Do not expect a grand room as this is a budget hostel. Good enough for a place to stay for a couple of days. What i love the most about this hostel is that it is located at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui and very near to the MTR. Tranpo is very easy and hassle free. Hostel is also walking distance to the ferry terminal going to Macau and HK island. Near 7/11, McDonalds, Starbucks avenue of the stars where you can witness the symphony of the lights. The girl in the reception area was not that friendly though. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay.

Here again, Tsim Sha Tsui, is the most convenient place for shopping and sightseeing catering, transportation is very convenient, downstairs is Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit D, there are airport bus terminal, you can go to Macau, as well as the Star Ferry, the security is very good here, police Department in our opposite, and 24 hours telephone complaints, the building we have 24-hour security, CCTV, our hotel has its own closed-circuit television system, a double door lock with standard Mandarin staff, room type diversification, affordable , which are not available in other hotels. Thanks for the praise, as a hotel, we would appreciate your support, we are located in the Tsim Sha Tsui Mirador Mansion 13th floor C2, a dedicated reception desk, take the elevator to the 13th floor, you can directly in the hotel next to the United States. Our check-in time is after 2 pm, check-out before 11:00, Bangongshijian 9 am to 1:00, if outside Bangongshijian special needs please call our emergency telephone, because it is Cheap The hotel also promote environmental protection, so please bring their own disposable, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, slippers, conversion plugs, if additional needs, we will have lower prices, you can purchase and reception. Hot time we are 7:00 am to 12:00 and 19:00 to 0:00. We also provide luggage storage and late check-out so you can check out after shopping and sightseeing to stay in Hong Kong.

We rented 3 rooms last november for 4 nights.The lady receptionist was rude the guy is more accomodating.
Room is okay except for the ants....
