I am amazed by the excellent customer experience provided during my stay at the upper house. The environment is both luxury and elegant. It is no doubt the premise will be my first choice when I stay in Hong Kong again.

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The views were amazing. Very conveniently located, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely stay here again.

Despite the small lobby, the room met our expectations with its spaciousness and coziness. The service was truly exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, my fiancée experienced minor food poisoning during our stay. The staff acted professionally by assisting with calling the ambulance and went above and beyond, providing water and cookies for our ER visit. The attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, contributing to an overall splendid experience. A special shout-out goes to Eddie, the experience manager, whose efforts significantly enhanced our stay and made it thoroughly enjoyable. We appreciate the dedication and care demonstrated by the entire staff and will definitely return when we visit Hong Kong again.
