Its been years since we stayed at Park Lane but we are glad to have tried it again. Hotel is in a great location and rooms/facilities were top notch. What sets it apart though was the service we received from the staff. Thanks to Sandy, Bonnie, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Rachel, Juluis, Jack and Joey for making our stay great.

the check in was seamless, Quentin was very helpful and friendly in offering advice to our queries. The Parklane is also very accessible to various locations within Hong Kong island and more importantly walking distance to Causeway Bay MTR.
