Pool area is great. Staff are very friendly- room upgrade and birthday cake for husband! Rooms are so quiet and bed is huge!

I really like the Mira, it's one of my go-to hotels in Kowloon. This time was the first time i booked it through Expedia, and I was treated like a second-class guest. I requested a room closer to elevator, ended up far away. Hotel charges were not charged to the room, I had to pay on the spot. The room and the amenities were as good as usual, but my treatment seemed to reflect the booking type.

Excellent stay. Everyone was courteous throughout our stay. Room was clean. Hotel was in a great spot. Walkable to surrounding areas

Even as a gold expédia i didn’t receive an upgrade. I even asked for it but it looks like they weren’t aware of such a thing. And they said hotel too busy

The room is clean but the wardobe is a little bit old. And the lighting is not enough.

The very step we took into this hotel, we were overwhelmed by its fragrance I believe was exuded by a robot roaming around. You thinks these days some people may be allergic or annoyed by this fragrance and this hotel should not have that. Room was a bit antiquated as it is evident by yellowish stains here and there. The good points are comfortable bed, strong shower, plenty of hygienic items. Swimming pool temperature is kept decently warm, an excellent jacuzzi and sauna. Pool facility is the reason I pick this hotel. Next vacation I probably would pick Cordis hotel in Mong Kok area!
