Easy to get around by walking or riding around on public transport

The customer service of front desk and porter is awful, they are always showing poker face, no name tag at front, wearing a black jacket but no sign of staff.
The cleanliness of the room is another nightmare, the curtain is dirty, the towels are yellowish, the shower head speeding is slow. Luckily, the bed and pillows are still good for use.

The staff service is poor and unprofessional, it is worse than expected from the price and hotel group.

Very slow internet connection. Try to check in my flight online, sitting in front of the computer for 20 minutes and couldn't get into the airline's website. Staff admitted the slow speed and suggested I send complain to the management.
