A little confused with entrance to hotel and getting to the right tower as hotel is divided into East and West tower . However there was always staffs available to answer questions . Check in process was a bit slow . About 25 mins . Otherwise , I am quite happy with the hotel.

I was very impressed with this property. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Stay was perfect, arrived to HK early, they kept our bags before checkin. Super convenient location, right next to everything. Great infinity pool, great staff. Super happy about accommodations. Cleanliness was impeccable. Will stay again.

I think we’ve found our new favorite spot to stay when visiting HK. Several modes of transportation within a stone’s throw, so many places to eat and explore nearby, and staff is attentive and so quick to resolve anything. Hope we will be staying here again soon.

Great harbour front hotel in Hong Kong Island, nice appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great dining at the Cruise restaurant on top, located just in front of a couple of ferry piers and in an area of local restaurants.
