This hotel is exceptionally convenient with direct transportation to airport and other sceneries.
Staff are polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and food in the restaurant is tasteful.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. Stayed here many times in recent years.
However, the basic facilities appears not to be standard across all rooms. This February stay, I was assigned a room with no USB plug-in facility provided as in my previous stays! A USB plug was provided after I contacted front desk.

The hotel is a bit older. However chose to stay at this location again (and again) due to its location. Staffs are friendly.

The hotel is very convenient as it's very close to Quarry Bay MTR station. The staff are friendly and caring.
